Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Vadapav Mirchi by Geeta account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and what we are required to keep.

Delete it yourself (fastest)

1. Log in to your account on the website or in the mobile app.
2. Go to your profile page.
3. Select Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and your account will be removed immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on your account at privacy@vadapavmirchi.com with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number, password, and date of birth.
• Your saved delivery addresses.
• Your favourites, reviews, and push notification tokens.

What we keep, and for how long

For legal, tax, and fraud-prevention reasons we retain a limited record of completed orders and payment confirmations (never full card numbers) for the period required by law, after which it is permanently erased. This data is de-linked from your deleted profile.
