Maharashtrian food is the home cooking of Maharashtra — the western Indian state that includes Mumbai, Pune, and Nagpur. It's bold, flavourful, and deeply regional. Not quite — and that's the point. "Indian food" in Canada usually means dishes from Punjab or a pan-regional mix. Maharashtrian cuisine is its own world: different spices, different techniques, different flavours. We're Canada's first restaurant dedicated exclusively to it.

Yes — verified. We're Canada's first and only authentic Maharashtrian restaurant, with 4.7 stars and over 2,000 Google reviews. We've been featured in Daily Hive Vancouver, Vancouver Is Awesome, and the New Westminster Record.
